Nox People Financieel is looking for a Project Controller in the The Hague area.

Job profile

• You are responsible for monthly financial and management reporting of the project towards the client, towards the sr. project controller and project management;
• Forecasting costs and revenues;
• Setup and maintain timekeeping database;
• Checking timesheets;
• Preparing invoices related to reimbursable cost and man hours;
• Checking incoming invoices and maintaining invoice register;
• Prepare payment instructions and related reports;
• You have the authority to approve requisition and purchase orders. For this you will be jointly responsible for setting conditions towards both the client and the subcontractor.

Job Requirements

• You have at least bachelor degree in finance management. Furthermore you have sound experience (3 years) in business administration in the oil & gas/marine contracting related companies;
• You have excellent communication skills proven by experience in multicultural settings in and outside the Netherlands;
• Your English is fluent both written and spoken;
• You can work independently and are proud to work in a team;
• You consider other cultures and different languages as a challenge and are willing to be stationed in different settings;
• You are flexible, focused on results and have excellent analytical skills.
